INFORMATION:

Rusper Close is a suburban cul-de-sac in north west London neighbourhood of Cricklewood.

The property itself is located on the 1st floor of a 1990’s purpose build block with views overlooking a rear communal garden. The client brief was to maximise rental returns while delivering a project with a tight budget. It was imperative to create a space which built upon the properties quite setting yet enhanced the space making it suitable for the demands of the modern rental market. The client had a strict budget which made sourcing materials that fit both budget and end project objectives vitally important.

The key design improvements included the addition of a new kitchen that retained the vast majority of the original carpentry. The wooden flooring was retained as was the majority of the bathroom yet improved with a bold yet colour scheme, cost effective one of items (mirror cabinets and new extractor system), new lighting, new flooring to kitchen & bathrooms and window treatments.
